Leadership. It’s not something you can learn in a textbook. It’s not something you can practice on your own. Leadership is a skill – and an art – that must be developed, nurtured and practiced in the company of your peers and other great leaders.

Pathway to Leadership

junrotc logo Take charge of your future in the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps, where real leadership experience opens the door to a unique career in the U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps.

As an NROTC Midshipman, you choose your major while you complete Naval Science courses, attend drill sessions, and take part in NROTC unit events. Beyond these commitments, you control your own schedule.

Upon completing a bachelor’s degree, NROTC Midshipmen are commissioned as Ensigns in the U.S. Navy or Second Lieutenants in the U.S. Marine Corps. They graduate with some of the most sought-after skills in today’s workforce: professionalism, discipline, honor, and commitment.
