Emergency Assistance
If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Division of Student Affairs: 904-256-7067. In the event of an emergency, please call Campus Security which will be open 24/7 for at 904-256-7585.

Campus Health Resources
JU Student Health Center
All current undergraduate and graduate JU students may use the Student Health Center Monday through Friday.
To schedule an appointment, call (904) 256-8080. Upcoming appointment information can be viewed through the patient portal. To access the , log in using your JU ID and password.
Please note: If you haven't paid the student health and wellness fee, you can expect additional or higher out-of-pocket costs.
After-Hours Care
For a life-threatening emergency, anytime day or night, call 911 immediately.
If students have a non-emergent medical problem that cannot wait until the Student Health Center is open, there are urgent care facilities within driving distance from main campus.
Students are responsible for all costs associated with care provided outside of the JU Student Health Center.
Mental Health Care
The JU Student Counseling Center currently offers counseling services Monday through Friday in person as well as virtually through HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology.
Many resources are available for students experiencing a mental health crisis and cannot make it to the center in person or who need help after hours or on weekends.

The Department of Campus Safety and Security (DCSS) provides a safe and secure campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year round; including access control management.
