Dr, Kim Capriotti

Associate Professor of Accounting & Finance

Biography

Dr. Kim Capriotti, Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting, currently teaches the accounting and finance introductory courses in the Accelerated Degree Program (ADP), in addition to the auditing course for accounting majors. Her research interests include broker account mismanagement and auditing failures. She has published papers in several journals, including the Journal of Forensic Accounting, Global Perspectives on Accounting Education, and Issues in Accounting Education. Since 2004, she has served as JU’s Faculty Athletics Representative to the NCAA, ensuring the balance between athletics and academics for the benefit of the student-athletes.
