Frequently Asked Questions

We're currently accepting unofficial transcripts and self-reported GPAs and test scores (optional). If you can, download an "unofficial" copy of your transcript and send it to documents@ju.edu and we'll attach it to your application.  If you do not have access to an unofficial transcript, email your admissions counselor with your current cumulative, weighted GPA and test scores (optional).  Please note: If you choose to enroll at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, we will verify your official GPA and test scores (if applicable) prior to matriculation.

Yes! We've extended the deadline for the Visit Grant to August 1, 2020.  Our campus is currently closed to public visitors, but we would love for you to schedule a tour this summer.  We will be sure to let you know as soon as we're open for visits.  If you have any additional questions about the Visit Grant, please contact us at admissions@ju.edu or 904-256-7000.

Unfortunately we've had to cancel our 3/21 and 4/4 Phin Experience Days. While we understand that nothing can quite replace the on-campus experience, we hope you'll check out all of the video resources available on this page, explore our virtual tour, and schedule a call with your admissions counselor to answer any questions you might have about JU! We will let you know when campus is open to visitors and help you reschedule your planned visit.

We're not sure exactly when our campus will be open to visitors, but we will let you know as soon as we have additional information! Our top priority is the health and safety of all JU Phins - current and future. In the meantime, check out our virtual tour!

We've extended our enrollment deadline to June 1, 2020. When you're ready to make it "official" you'll want to , complete the Enrollment Confirmation Form, and submit the $400 enrollment deposit.  Although the deadline is June 1st, please keep in mind that you will not be able to take your next steps (e.g. housing, class registration, orientation) until we receive your deposit.

First you'll need to officially commit to JU by submitting your $400 enrollment deposit.  Then, head to Residential Life page and click   You'll need your JU username and ID to complete the housing application. If you need help locating this information please contact us at admissions@ju.edu or 904-256-7000.

If you've already been admitted, we emailed you our Academic Preferences Questionnaire. Be sure to fill that out ASAP.  Once we receive that and your $400 enrollment deposit, your advisor will reach out to you to discuss your schedule for the fall semester. If you are an admitted student and have not received the Academic Preferences Questionnaire, please email Courtney Buckner at cpenna@ju.edu.
